Senior Design 2
Senior Design 2 marked the beginning of physical implementation and testing. The first phase was to order and recieve all parts, then move onto prototyping. Once all of our circuits were fully designed, we began to test them. Because we dealt with very sensitive parts, testing was extremely important for our group. The smallest inconsistancies in our optical equipment would render all readings useless. We had to ensure that we were extremely careful in mounting and testing the different modules. At the end of the semester, we produced a working prototype, along with a conference paper, final presentation slides, and a revision of our Senior Design 1 document.
